I love Lush products, so its no surprise that TWO of their products have ended up in my monthly favourites. Both of them, are new for me and now have become part of my permanent collection.
Starting with the Sugar Scrub, I wanted to try a new body exfoliating product, so why not this one. It has an unusual smell but I really like it. It has this spring time freshness to it, that makes you feel uplifted. It also leaves you skin feeling smooth and silky. I will posting a full review of the Sugar Scrub shortly.
Sugar Scrub from Lush. Price: £2.95
Next up, The Hottie Massage Bar by Lush. This is easy to use, leaves my skin feeling really moisturised and doesn't smell too bad either. Its made with Shea butter and cocoa butter and you can definitely smell these, but it also has a slight medicinal smell about it. I don't think its my favourite scent but I don't dislike it. The benefits of this gorgeous bar definitely out way any negatives I have.
Hottie Massage Bar from Lush. Price: £5.75
Boot's eye makeup remover pads. I like these because they are in a handy sized packet, they remove eye makeup easily and they were on offer when I bought them. I use them when I am away and don't want to carry heavy cosmetics. I have been away from home alot this month, so these have been with me all the way. I press down and hold them over my eyes and then gently wipe downwards and they remove my eye makeup nicely. I have quite sensitive skin, especially around my eyes and these are kind to my skin.
Simply Sensitive eye make-up removal pads from Boots. Price: £3.49
I have never been a lipstick wearer, but slowly I have wanted to ease myself into them and starting with a Cremesheen from MAC, was just perfect. I love the finish of this lipstick, its creamy texture and glossy finish is moisturising and just adds a bit more colour than a lip gloss. The colour I have is called 'ravishing' and its a coral / peachy tone.
Ravishing Cremesheen Lipstick from Mac. Price: £14
Lastly, my most loved hand cream to date; Nivea's smooth nourishing hand cream. It's been my lifesaver in this super cold weather. I love the (creamy almondy/macadamia) smell and how quickly it absorbs into my hands and doesn't leave a greasy finish, yet my hands still feel very moisturised and soft. I prefer the 30ml size because I find its easier to carry in my handbag but they also do this in a 100ml too.
Nivea Nourishing hand cream from Boots, Supermarkets, etc. Price: £1.12
Have you used any of these products? What are your thoughts on them? And what products have you been loving this month?
